hacking administrator or any user using cmd

1.) to HACK any user

step 1.)open cmd
step 2.)type following
net user administrator *
it will ask for password [new password]
then it wl'd ask to retype
it wl'd nt show password but
IT'S DONE
2.)TO add any user

step 1.) open cmd
step 2.) type following
net user /add arundixit
here arundixit is new user that is added...........
it's done
